Zone Conference, Baptism, Transfers

I'm really bad at starting emails. Love you all tho


This week was up and down. I got heat exhaustion from playing soccer non stop last Monday (we won 11-10 (I made 4 goals)) but I spent 3 days sick and dehydrated.. everything I ate I couldn't keep down and it was terrible. But I'm better now! 
We also had Zone Conference this week which was awesome, but President Snyder randomly grabbed the mic and was like "I'm gonna need to talk to Elder McKee, and all the elders in his district" and we were so worried we did something, but we ended up just having impromptu interviews where he told us transfer news 4 days early.. it was interesting. 
That same day we went home and had 2 baptisms of Luana and Gleisson and that was so special. The ward was super, super supportive and the elders quorum marked an activity for right after so then the relief society did as well so we went and played more soccer and ate lots of food. It was great!
Other than that, I was transferred this week to an area called Bom Pastor which is in Curitiba and I've only been here a day but so far we've played more soccer with the other Elders (it was p day) but I'm really excited to be in this area and probably end my mission here. My new companion is Elder Siren.

I love you all and I know this church is true. Follow the Prophets, because they know what they're talking about.

June 28, 2021 Hey everyone! This won't be a super long email because I'm semi locked down and we don't get to do much that's worth writing about. One thing that did happen this week was that as we were walking down the little alley way to our front door, I was throwing the keys and they got stuck on a horizontal pillar that connects the two walls. We couldn't get into the house because the door was locked and we couldn't leave because the gate at the front of the alley already re locked! So, I took my shoes and socks off and spidermanned my way up there by pushing on both walls (kinda like in Emperors New Groove) and climbed up to get the keys. When I came back down my companion said something about his freaking crazy American comp, but it was kinda funny! I did, however, shred my hands because the stucco was so rough. Oh well.
