The great and spacious building

Hey everyone! This week was busy, but not productive. We got out, but didn't teach much. 


One of my companions, Elder Rechetnicou, was originally called to serve in Mozambique, and got the call that he could potentially return and finish the last 6 months of his mission there. He was so excited, but decided he needed new shoes. So, we went into the city, and went to the mall, and let me tell you…. it was literally the building from Lehi's dream. It was so weird to go there, after not being in crowded public places for so long. Haha and it was also HUGE! My companions asked if they had buildings like this in Salem and I told them the biggest buildings there were the school and the church. 

The only pictures I have this week is a picture of one of the roads in my area, and one of the roads a little more in the city.

Hello everyone! Let me tell you a little bit about what its like to be an Office Elder.  This week we helped some elders move out of their apartment and into the new one. Then we went back and cleaned it out and got it ready to close. We also took a trip up to Forks to drop a couch off and it was so so beautiful!They filmed Twilight in Forks so there were things for Twilight all over the place.  Funny story…. we were pulling the trailer and it had a table and some chairs in it,  We were really hungry so we got Arbys. It is against mission rules to eat in the mission cars, so we unloaded the table and chairs and ate in the middle of a hobby lobby parking lot. Lots of people laughed at us, and waved.  This next week is Zone Conference week, so we have 3 conferences to help set up and run. It will be so fun, so more on that next week! Hi everyone! It's been awhile!  I thought the e-mails could stop since I was already supposed to be home but my momma got mad at me. A LOT has happened. We baptized my buddy Ariel a while ago! I was in a trio with Elder Siren (again) and Elder Mayall, and then Elder Mayall was transferred because of some problems in the next area over and it was me and Siren for a week before he was transferred to be Assistant. Now, I'm with Elder Lima. We had a mission conference not too long ago which was so fun to see everyone all together but i had to give my last testimony which was short and sweet because I didn't wanna cry. Today (Tuesday) was my last district council, and that was sad too.  It's weird to have so little time that I have to think about how much fruit I'm gonna eat because I'll go home before it goes bad. President Oldham is a former bishop, YSA bishop, bishopric counselor, and missionary in the Brazil São Paulo North and Brazil Campinas missions.
