A really good week 2!
This week was wild, start to finish.
Let's just go through the week.
MONDAY: Today was P-day so we did all our shopping and played some games with our zone at the church, and that was a lot of fun :)
TUESDAY: We went and talked to Janet, who really loves the spirit we bring and needs some stability in her life, so we help as much as we can. Then, we went to Michael and Amy's, who have 4 little kids who are WILD. Those are always the most chaotic lessons and they never really end on time because they are always yelling at their kids...
But, a tender mercy was that randomly at 4:30 that morning she started doing family history and she was super excited when we told her we could get someone to help her get really good at it.
WEDNESDAY: On Wednesday we did a lot of knocking and met Ryan! But, we went back on Friday and his family told us he wasn't Interested and wouldn't let us see him.
THURSDAY: Thursday was a day of study. We didn't do any teaching but we knocked for a while.
FRIDAY: On Friday we taught Rob and he told us some of his worries about baptism and why he's hesitant. Pray for him and help him keep this commitment!
SATURDAY: Today, we did exchanges so I was with the zone leader who used to be over this ward. Elder Laurence knew Mike so they caught up a lot in our lesson and then Laurence asked Mike why he wasn't baptized. Mike says it's because he already has a good relationship with God and doesn't see why he should change it. Elder Laurence told him that was dumb and he already knows he needs to be baptized so to work on it and Mike agreed. It was a little weird, but it worked.
SUNDAY: Sunday was church and stress because the Zoom link didn't work and we had an amazing talk that would have been perfect for our friends. We even had a couple people get on who we haven't been able to get contact with so that was a little rough.
Love you all and I hope you have a great week!
