He's Home!!

We woke up on Wednesday, Jan 25, to a notice that Josh's plane would land 45 minutes early, so we hurried and got ready and got to the airport.   Eva and Mom watching Josh's plane coming into the gate. The best hugs are the long awaited airport hugs!! Eva went right to Josh, and wasn't too shy around him.  Seeing him on FaceTime her whole life, and the squashed josh heads all around made it so she already knew who he was.  She gave him a hug right away! FINALLY...our family is together! Eva wanted Josh to try out these great benches.  Josh wanted to eat at Chubby's and we had an hour overlap before Loa had to be at the MTC, so we met up with them.  Kind of special to have cousins ending and starting the same day.  (She already did a week at home MTC.) We are so proud of Josh, and his dedication to his mission.  He struggled through some trials in Brazil, and persevered thru.  He has grown spiritually, and it's incredible to listen to his testimony and the knowledge

Josh was able to baptize Tiago the weekend before he left.  He was an 11 year old kid. Elder Santos, Sister Rodrigues, and Sister Guerreiro The missionaries going home at the same time. President and Sister Snyder President and Sister Snyders kids...Deven and Lauren

Hi everyone! It's been awhile!  I thought the e-mails could stop since I was already supposed to be home but my momma got mad at me. A LOT has happened. We baptized my buddy Ariel a while ago! I was in a trio with Elder Siren (again) and Elder Mayall, and then Elder Mayall was transferred because of some problems in the next area over and it was me and Siren for a week before he was transferred to be Assistant. Now, I'm with Elder Lima. We had a mission conference not too long ago which was so fun to see everyone all together but i had to give my last testimony which was short and sweet because I didn't wanna cry. Today (Tuesday) was my last district council, and that was sad too.  It's weird to have so little time that I have to think about how much fruit I'm gonna eat because I'll go home before it goes bad. It's hard to think about home and I don't feel like I'm going because for the past 2 years my only thoughts have been about the mission and my

In a Trio

December 12 Josh went into a trio with Elder Siren and Mayall.  He likes both of these Elders so it's going to be a good time.    Josh and Elder Siren are 3 down, 3 in.
